You can delete your account through your settings. Account deletion will permanently remove:

Some data may be retained for a short period in backups.

• You can unshare materials from specific users

6. Children's Privacy

• Memora is intended for users aged 13 and older

Active Accounts

• We retain your data as long as your account is active

Uploaded Files

• Files uploaded for AI processing are stored until explicitly deleted
• Temporary files (like flow attachments) may be automatically cleaned up after 7 days of inactivity
• Deleted files are permanently removed from storage

• Memora is hosted on servers that may be located in different countries
• By using Memora, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations
• We ensure our service providers maintain adequate data protection standards
